This sculpture is very reminescent of an abstract dragon. The hair and face are rough and on the top. A curved neck anchors them to a geometric body that takes on the apperance of stacked slate, especially when looked at from the side and back views. Integration of rough and smooth areas is evident as the eye moves around the piece.
